ABOUT
Trained at Bournemouth Film school, I am an independent Queer and disabled filmmaker originally from the West Midlands. Specialising in writing, directing and producing I am particularly interested in championing stories from and about underrepresented voices.
I have experience working in various roles in the production department of many films; from a producer aiding the creative development of stories to a production coordinator actively solving logistical problems. From supporting a national star to leading micro scale films - I can do a bit of everything! Productions I have worked on have been shown at the BFI Future Film Festival, Dead Northern Film Festival & the Nahemi KODAK Student Commercial Awards to name just a few!
In 2023 I founded Burning Closets Films a Queer-led production company platforming young Queer creative talent in the UK. My work outside film includes the audio drama series The 6th of February 2184 and collaborating with the programming team at the Lighthouse arts centre during the premiere Poole Pride in 2024.
